Bring Your Vision to Life
About Peipei
Peipei is a self-taught Chinese American artist whose practice bridges watercolor and oil painting. She originally came from China, later immigrated to the United States, lived in Florida for several years, and began a digital nomad lifestyle with her husband and furry baby boxer in late 2025. Alongside her full-time work in the Web3 space, she continues to pursue her artistic practice with long-term dedication and discipline.
Like many artists, she was a creative child who loved to draw. However, growing up in a traditional Chinese family, time spent on drawing and painting was considered impractical and was strongly discouraged. For more than a decade, she became disconnected from art, living under rules and taboos that gradually silenced her creative voice. It was not until college that she began to draw again, slowly learning to protect her own choices and creative instincts.
Peipei began working primarily with watercolor and was soon captivated by the depth, rhythm, and physicality of oil painting. Both mediums remain equally important to her practice. Centered on portraiture, her work draws inspiration from moments of grace found in nature, history, and the people around her. Her paintings reflect the beauty of God’s creation and offer a gentle reminder that we are unconditionally loved.
In a world shaped by constant stimulation, endless pleasure, and limitless paths of self-actualization, life can often feel loud and disordered. Through her work, Peipei hopes to create moments of stillness, a spaces where viewers may find quiet, recover a sense of childlike wonder, and reconnect with what they were created to hold.
