Intellectual Property Notice

All rights to artwork remain the exclusive property of Peipei Creation LLC, even after purchase. This includes originals, commissions, prints, and any current or future reproductions. Purchasing an item, whether original or reproduced, does not grant the customer permission to mint it as an NFT, print and distribute it in any form, or reproduce it for profit or any other purpose.

Collectors are not permitted to reproduce artwork in any manner without explicit written consent from the artist. However, sharing images of purchased items on social media is encouraged and does not violate this clause.

 

Liability

Once goods are in the possession of the collector, Peipei Creation LLC is not liable for them. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, replacements, or compensation for products damaged due to customer mishandling. This includes, but is not limited to, smudging fingerprints on borders, tearing fine art prints, or damaging works.

Under consumer protection laws, compensation is due for products damaged during postal transit or if faulty merchandise is received. Each print is rigorously inspected before shipment, ensuring only pristine reproductions are sent for your enjoyment.

Please carefully read product descriptions before purchasing. We are not obligated to compensate customers who fail to read the provided information. All prints include borders that are part of the final listed size.

 

Duties and Taxes

Peipei Creation LLC operates in Florida, USA, and is not responsible for import fees on purchased products, including custom commissions, originals, and fine art merchandise.

Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These fees are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. The customs agency will contact the recipient to arrange payment of these charges to proceed with the shipment.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any duties, VAT, or similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional fees, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided the product is in its original condition, we will refund the purchase cost minus shipping fees.

Items are declared at purchase value for export, and we will not falsify documents under any circumstances.
