Hey there! Welcome to my online studio! I’m a self-taught watercolor and oil painter, pursuing my passion for art alongside my full-time work in the Web3 space.

Like many artists, I was a creative child who loved to draw. However, I grew up in a traditional Chinese family where spending time on “worthless drawing and painting” was strictly forbidden. For 11 years, I was disconnected from art, living under rules and taboos that silenced my creative voice. It wasn’t until college that I began doodling again and learned to protect my own choices.

I often think of art as a rope God gifted, it has taught me love, patience, and faith while I was struggling in life. What began as a small weekend healing hobby slowly grew stronger over time, and painting has now become a meaningful part of my life’s calling.

I began with watercolor and soon became captivated by the depth and rhythm of oil paint. Both mediums are dear friends to me. My portrait centered works draw inspiration from moments of grace found in nature, history, and the people around me. They reflect the beauty of God’s creation and remind us of the truth that we are all loved unconditionally and saved by Jesus Christ.

The world constantly tempts us with endless pleasures and unlimited paths of self-actualization, it can feel loud and chaotic. Yet I hope that somewhere within my work, you might find a moment of peace, wonder like a child, and reconnect with what we were created to hold.
