It will take 1-2 weeks to ship fine art prints, and 2-4 weeks to ship original paintings.

Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, packages will arrive between 2-7 business days for US orders. Thank you so much for your support!

If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase to ensure the redirect. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped. Contact us via the contact page as soon as possible. Peipei.X Art is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a refund is requested in such cases, a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping cost will be deducted.
