All sales are final. Peipei.X Art does not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges. We recommend taking it seriously and viewing the item on multiple devices before ordering. Each item is made specifically for you.

In the rare case of transit damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can address your concern with an appropriate repair or replacement. To process your request, we require photographs of the damaged product and the original packaging, even if it appears undamaged.
